  5. The website uses personal data for the following purposes:

  6. The website performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior as follows:

    1. Through the data voluntarily entered in the forms that are entered into the operator's systems.

    2. By saving cookies in end devices (so -called "cookies").

2. Selected data protection methods used by the operator

  1. Logging and entering personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.

  2. Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the key operator can read them. Thanks to this, the data is protected in the event of a database from the server database.

  3. Users' passwords are stored in a hash form. The hash function is unlovional - it is not possible to reverse its operation, which is currently a modern standard in storing user passwords.

  4. The operator periodically changes his administrative slogans.

  5. In order to protect the data, the operator regularly performs security copies.

  6. An important element of data protection is a regular update of all software used by the operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

4. Your rights and additional information on how to use data

  1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations of the administrator. This applies to such groups of recipients:

    • Hosting company on the basis of entrusting

    • Legal office and debt collectors

    • Payment operators

    • Authorized employees and colleagues who use data to achieve the purpose of the party's operation

    • companies providing marketing services to the administrator

  2. Your personal data processed by the Administrator for no longer than necessary to perform related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g. on conducting accounting). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.

  3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:

    • access to personal data regarding you,

    • their corrections,

    • removal,

    • processing restrictions,

    • and data transfer.

  4. You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.3 c) in the face of the processing of personal data in order to perform legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, while the right to objection will not be performed in the event of valid legitimate grounds processing, superior interests, rights and freedoms, in particular the findings, investigations or defense of claims.

  5. The administrator's actions are entitled to a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to service the Website.

  7. Actions consisting of automated decision making, including profiling in order to provide services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of conducting direct marketing by the Administrator, may be undertaken.

  8. Personal data is not transferred from third countries within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.

5. Information in the forms

  1. The website collects information provided voluntarily by the User, including personal data, if they are provided.

  2. The website may save information about connection parameters (time designation, IP address).

  3. The website, in some cases, may save information that facilitates the connection of data in the form with the e-mail address of the user completing the form. In this case, the user's e-mail address appears inside the URL page containing the form.

  4. The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. for the purpose of servicing the service or commercial contact, registration of services, etc. Each time the context and description of the form clearly informs what it is used for.

  1. Information on users' behavior on the Website may be logged in. These data are used to administer the service.

7. Important marketing techniques

  1. The operator uses a statistical analysis of the website traffic, through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The operator does not transfer personal data to the operator, but only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device. In the field of information about the user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/

The operator uses remarketing techniques that allow you to adjust the advertising messages to the user's behavior on the website, which may give the illusion that the user's personal data is used to track it, but in practice there is no personal data from the operator to advertising operators.
